Support CEC Online Campus Families this Holiday Season!

Let’s come together this holiday season as a school community to spread joy and kindness to families in need!

CEC Online is collecting donations to help families in need! Your generous donation, no matter the size, can make a huge difference in a family’s holiday celebrations. We have implemented a goal of $1000 that will be distributed to families within the CECOLC footprint.

Every gift will bring warmth and hope to those who may need it most. Join Student Leadership and the National Honor Society in making this season brighter by contributing to the Holiday Gift Drive today! It is open now through Dec. 7th.

Faculty Sponsors: Tom Smith (Head of School) and Christina Atkinson (Academic Advisor)

A note from Jonathan Barnes, CEC Online’s Student Government President:

The holiday season is a time for giving and community. It is a moment to unite and support one another and share in the spread of kindness. The Student Government and NHS are teaming up to put on a holiday gift drive to spread joy and hope to our community. As the great Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” This holiday season, let us remember the importance of community and helping those in need. Whether donating to our gift drive, volunteering at a local soup kitchen, or lending a hand to a neighbor, every act of kindness makes a difference. Let us take the time to reflect on the blessings we have received and find ways to give back to our communities.

Whether big or small, every act of giving and kindness has the power to make a significant impact on the lives of those around us. Please consider giving to our gift drive as we gather with family and friends, and let us remember those who may be struggling this holiday season. By reaching out and offering a helping hand, we can help ease their burden and bring some joy into their lives. Let us also remember to put our neighbors before ourselves and strive to build stronger, more supportive communities for all. So, this holiday season, remember Dr. King and ask yourself, “What are you doing for others?” Let us all strive to see the need and meet that need in our communities to spread joy, love, and kindness to all.
