Congratulations to Ashvin D, Jacinta D, Grace S, and Ben S, all Colorado Early Colleges 12th graders, for being selected as National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists!
The National Merit Scholarship Program is an annual academic competition among high school students for recognition and college scholarships. More than 1.3 million students enter the National Merit Scholarship Program by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®) every year.
These four students were then selected as four of 16,000 students that qualified to become semifinalists. Now, they have met all of the requirements needed to advance them to the next round of finalists.
