CEC Parker and Inverness will combine to become CEC Douglas County North in Fall of 2024

Starting with the fall semester in 2024, CEC Parker will combine with CEC Inverness and be renamed as CEC Douglas County North (CEC DC North). This newly combined school located in the current CEC Inverness building (321 Inverness Drive S.) will offer your student(s) more robust programming through diverse and innovative opportunities and course offerings.

Our CEC leadership wants all CEC DC North students to have access to programming that is innovative and in line with the changes we are seeing in the future of work. We believe in providing the best possible education and opportunities for both Inverness and Parker students. We envision CEC DC North to be a place where a student can earn a full associate degree on campus and a place with expanded offerings to include certificates in IT, engineering, robotics, and drones.

CEC DC NORTH FRESHMAN ACADEMY
In addition, we’re excited to announce that we will be opening a Freshman Academy for new 9th grade students on the CEC DC North campus. The goal of the Freshman Academy is to create a strong community where freshman will be able to thrive socially and emotionally, and dive into their learning in a welcoming and empowering space.
