Congratulations to Colorado Early Colleges Fort Collins Middle and High Schools for their Larimer County Grant of $3,500 to support their Farm to School Initiative. The campuses will upgrade their school gardens with a wash and pack station, which allows the high school to wash and deliver produce more efficiently – moving it from farm to school to out in the community. CECFC will also add outdoor classroom spaces to both middle and high schools, drawing students outside for hands-on learning activities around the gardening areas. These efforts support both student well-being and community.
