CEC Colorado Springs is excited to be the recipient of a $2,500 grant from the Colorado Springs Utilities Community Focus Fund! The award will be used to purchase STEM materials such as Vex IQ classroom kits and V5 bot systems.
The CECCS Robotics program is committed to the advancement of Robotics through education and competition. CECCS robotics students work directly with VEX robotics to learn not only real-world skills in programming and building robots, but also team building, communication, and collaboration. This grant will help provide additional tools to expand the knowledge and skills of current and future robotics students.
