Thank you to the Harvey Scholars from the Colorado School of Mines who came to meet with CEC Inverness students this week! Topics covered could include time and stress management, organization, and general tips and tricks. Students were able to ask questions about college and learn more about studying STEM.
The Harvey Scholars Program recognizes and rewards merit in academic performance, outstanding character and leadership, and fosters excellence in academic and life pursuits. More than just a scholarship, the Harvey Scholars Program empowers students by providing opportunities to expand their knowledge of the broader world. It is the Harveys’ hope that the scholars achieve professional and personal success, and make a commitment to “pay it forward” throughout their own lives.
